Joel Ceballos is a singer/songwriter born and raised in Southern California. He first came onto the scene in 2001 with the release of “Between Dark & Light”; an independently produced album that garnered the attention of college radio and national touring acts. After years of touring and writing, he signed with the now defunct Rise & Fall Records and released his sophomore album “Nocturnal” in 2007. The album solidified his writing style with lush melodies, thought provoking lyrics, and an overall cinematic approach. Many of those songs would go on to be used in film & television.

Joel has composed original works for independent films and stage adapted musicals. A storyteller at heart, his writing talent and creative vision lead to the formation of The Film Imaginarium, a film production company out of Los Angeles. In 2012 “The Shooting Star Salesman”, a short film based on Joel’s written work, was released and attracted the imagination of people all across the world. The film continues to be invited to screen at festivals, conferences, and special events.

Joel Ceballos will release his new single “Twenty-One” later this fall. Select tour dates to follow.
